Intern in Asia is operated by Jamie Kroll, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) based in Switzerland. Contact: hello@interninasia.com.

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of the digital product "Intern in Asia" (a Notion-based guide, hereafter "the Guide") sold via this website for a one-time price of CHF 49.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when you complete payment and we confirm your order by email. The product is delivered as a digital download / duplicable Notion template. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Price and payment

The price is CHF 49, VAT included where applicable. Payment is handled by our payment provider using standard methods (card, etc.). Access is granted after successful payment.

4. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for digital products delivered immediately. However, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if you complete the four-day plan, send at least ten outreach messages using the templates, and it did not make your outreach clearer, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Guide and its templates for your own job-search purposes. Redistribution, resale, or sharing access with third parties is not permitted.

6. Liability

The Guide is an educational resource. We do not guarantee any specific outcome such as an internship offer or interview. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the CISG. Place of jurisdiction is the seller's domicile, insofar as legally permitted.
